Hi all,
I have an issue with my dashboard. I have shared it with a specific user, also he is in the group with which this dashboard has been shared but still he is not able to see the records in the reports within that dashboard.

Please provide access to reports to specific users or groups so they can view the records.

It looks like you did not share the report with the right user. You might want to share it with another user and see the results.

Re-check if the user is in that group, also can ask other users from the group if they are facing the same problem. Can try troubleshooting to get to the root cause.

Hi @dev_K ,
You shared only dashboard that will not give access to see reports in dashboard, you have to open each report and share all reports in dashboard to user or group. And also check group is active.
