- A dashboard is configured and accessed from CSM Workspace.
- When users click on a dashboard report record, the record opens in the Native UI instead of remaining within the Workspace experience.
- This behavior occurs when Next Experience is turned OFF.
- When Next Experience is turned ON it opens in workspace itself.
