Which role is required to make the dashboard and roles publicly available ?

I doubt we can share dashboard outside SN.  We can share with user inside SN only.

I have shared the dashboard with role snc_internal , but the users were not able to view the reports

Required role is : Dashboard Owner

The Dashboard Owner role is required to make dashboards and roles publicly available. This role allows the user to:

* Create and edit dashboards
* Share dashboards with other users
* Publish dashboards to make them publicly available
* Manage roles and permissions for dashboards
