Which role is required to make the dashboard and roles publicly available ?

Required role is : Dashboard Owner

 

The Dashboard Owner role is required to make dashboards and roles publicly available. This role allows the user to:

* Create and edit dashboards
* Share dashboards with other users
* Publish dashboards to make them publicly available
* Manage roles and permissions for dashboards

Sorry for the typo " What role is required to make the dashboard and reports publicly available "?

Is it the Dashboard owner who can make the dashboard publicly available ?

Hi @Devika  ,

You can share dashboard to any role .For a user to view the Dashboard they need to have that role.

To view Report inside the Dashboard ,the reports also need to be shared individually to the role/user.
