Hi
I want to try out the data source of type 'Custom (Loaded from script)'. Is there any place where I can get a sample of the same to get the basic idea of its syntax and other rules?

Hi,

at the official documentation there is an example, feel free to use it:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/import-sets/refer...

If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful.

Thank you very much

Cheers
Alberto

@Yash Agrawal

It's hardly 19mins that you posted the reply and possibly the user might take a day or so to check and come back with his/her findings.

I would suggest please wait for some time for the user to check or try out the links.

As a community best practice I believe members can guide people in right direction but I think they cannot/shouldn't force them to mark comment as correct.

if they reply saying "Thank you, that works", but they forgot to mark your response correct, in that case you may solicit them to mark it correct to help others with the same response find the answer more quickly.

Please don't take it personal.

We all are here to help the community.

We need to import data to Knowledge table. Currently the excel file is having all the fields except the article body field which is a very long html code with text, images and URLs so can't be placed in single excel cell. So, we thought of having the html code as a separate html file for each article in a SharePoint.

PFA, we are using Data source of type Custom (load from script) How to retrieve the data from the SharePoint in the highlighted portion of the attached script.

Hi,

This feature came in Orlando release so you may not find many links/blogs around this.

Just check the link from docs and you can try that out.
