Data to show in tiles on Portal page

Hi,

I have to query data from a table with some filters and then show separate record as a Tile on Portal page the way it normally displays catalog items. 

Can any one guide me which widget can be used or how can I achieve it?

There isn't a direct copiable widget to do this, but you can copy the basics from SC Category Page to get the formatting you want.
