Date in the caller timezone printed in scoped app notification

Hi,

 

I need to create a notification inside of a scope application.

It should print the date of the request in the caller Timezone format.

Actually , it´s always in UTC format.

 

I tried to use  getDisplayValue() like described in now support but it doesn´t work.

 

any idea ?
