Date/Time field is displaying the date time format in label

Hi All,

 

Target field is displaying the date/time format in the question label. How to remove this. 

FYI:Preference>Show date and time formats on forms>false

Hi,

I think you have Question of the variable has this set. Update Question field of the variable to fix this issue

If your variable name is all good then may be, another possible reason is that the setting hasn't been applied correctly or isn't taking effect due to browser caching or session issues.

 

To resolve this, try the following steps:

 

>> Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, changes in preferences may not reflect immediately due to cached data. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again to see if the setting takes effect.

 

>> Verify Preference Setting: Navigate to your user profile and ensure that the preference Show date and time formats on forms is indeed set to false.

 

>> Test in Incognito Mode: Open your ServiceNow instance in an incognito or private browsing window to rule out any issues caused by browser extensions or cached data.

 

>> Review System Properties: In some cases, system properties might override user preferences. Check the system properties related to date and time formats to ensure they align with your desired settings.

Tried the steps, but didn't work; Issue is same for other users also
