Default dashboard no longer displayed on login after upgrading to Xanadu

After upgrading to Xanadu, the default dashboard is no longer displayed when the user logs in; instead a blank screen is displayed.

Is this expected behavior?  Is there a way to change it so that the default dashboard is displayed when the user logs in?

Apparently, this is associated with the banner image. Once i reset the banner image under system properties the default dashboard displayed again after login.

Hi mah1,

I wanted to thank you. I had the problem and your suggested solution worked. I did the following:

• We could see the "banner image", so I  just downloaded again
• Renamed the *.iix to .png
• Uploaded it again to "Banner image for UI16"
• Ran a "/cache.do"

i have similar issue, when login i don't see dashboard.. can you explain in steps how to reset image banner? i.e. name of system properties? steps?

Left hand navigation...  enter System Properties... then select Basic Configuration UI16... upload an image under banner image for UI16
