Hi,
We have 2 main portals we utilize, our IT Services Portal, and our newly released Services Portal. On release of the new portal, we have update the 'default' portal to be our new Services Portal. However, when becoming a no-role user the default is still our IT Services Portal and when accessing an incognito browser, the user is requested to login. Is there something more we need to do in order to make a hit on our site default to our new Services Portal?
Thanks,
Karen
