No "new" button appears in incident task

Hello dear community, I need help

 

I need to create an incident task but I can't find the "NEW" button to create that incident task (please see the photo attached)

Can someone help me to solve this?

Hi Alessa,

Did you check the List Configuration. Right click the column header & then List configuration to understand what is responsible to show the New button.
