As a product line manager, I want SLAs applied to catalog items as defined int the attachment, the screen capture list is also provided below. particular considerations when building SLA to build works - flows to adjust for: SLA to be based on ET timezone M-F (24-5), minus weekends and US holidays

Hi, unfortunately your post does not make your requirements clear, but you have a number of ways to define an SLA's timezone
