Anyone attempted to transition a non-admin user developing flows in global scope to a delegated developer role within a custom app? Issue being when user is added as managed app developer with delegated_developer role, they lose the ability to create flows etc in global scope (as expected and explained here):

How did you manage that change in process? How did you handle the 'legacy' global flows etc? I find it hard to think a user might not need to create another global component as part of legacy process already existing. Just sounding out thoughts 🙂
