Delegates not able to see the approval requests which are not falling inside delegation period.

I thought that delegates should be able to see everything which is pending irrespective of the delegation period but this is not working. It is possible that a delegate can see something(an approval request maybe) which does not fall under the delegation period?

No, delegates should be within start, end dates of delegate configuration.

We're on version Washington DC & approval delegates still cannot see REQ/RITM details (variables) in the portal.  Has anyone resolved?
