Delegation in SN

Hi guys,

Is there a way to delegate someone to raise catalog requests or record producers (create hr cases on portal) 

on behalf of someone else? 

I know we can use requested_for field etc. but we have some executive assistants and they don't have any specific groups or roles. Client is looking for some ServiceNow in built functionality. 

is there someway to go through this.

Hello @Southsayer ,

It's quite difficult, to delegate the access just to request the forms on behalf of other.

In this scenario you can simply provide the client roles to the users (sn_hr_sp.hrsp_employee). This roles doesn't impact anything.
