Delete Archive Records

How do we delete archived records?

On the archived table, but I am not able to delete the records via list, background script or scheduled job.

Records get archived after 6 months of creation date and I need the records automatically deleted after 3 years.

Anyone ever done something similar?

PS Tables are scoped.

Hi Amir,

Archived Data is typically 'Read Only' to everyone and there is nothing you can do from the application level to alter this behavior. The only way i can think of doing this is on the database level and you will not have access to it unless you are on premise. Talk to your business owners and see if they can get service now (HI) to help you do this on db level fro your company only.
