Delete new view on form layout

I created a new view on the sys_user table.  When I go to sys_ui_view it is not there.  But if I go under form layout, the view is there!? How do I delete it?

I deleted tehe cxs popup up view

now it's not available here just clear the cache and reload the page, then check again.
