I was testing Twilio integration on my PDI (dev120225) and it was expired.
To continue testing, I've requested new PDI and I am having a trouble to set Twilio SAID and auth token.
The error message is "Could not connect as there are existing Twiml Apps in this account. Either delete them manually by logging into Twilio or disconnect them from the instance which added them.
- ServiceNowTwilioDirect - Twiml app's voice url seems to be bound to instance dev120225.service-now.com"
I have tried to find my account for the PDI dev120225 but it never worked
Is there anyway I can delete my Twilio account info from the old PDI or to access the PDI?

Within TwiML Apps you have an app already created for that Servicenow instance (you can only have one at a time). You need to delete that, then try to connect to Twilio, which will create the app (connection) automatically. Check this documentation.

Log into Twilio console.
Under Account Dashboard, go to Voice > Manage > TwiML apps
Under TwiML App Name you will see the ServiceNow config from your old instance
Open this and delete
Once this is done, go to new instance and connect again
