Delivery time in Maintain items not getting updated

Hi,

When I am trying to update delivery time in Service catalog item example from Days 2 to Days 3 and click update/Save.

I don's see same in order guide. It is still showing days 2.

Please help to correct this.

As I said, Delivery time is getting picked from the workflow properties. Just make sure you modify the Delivery time over the properties. Once you do that this will reflect on the order page too. Please find the screenshot attached for reference.

So for the catalog item, I've modified the delivery time to 4 days and it shows the 4 days on the form it self. Can you share the screenshots on what you are seeing at your end.

You are right sir, I performed this when you told me to go to Properties of Workflow.


Let me tell you the live scenario of my company task which has been given to me.



I have to update Deliver time for 5 catalog items..some for 5 days/30 days or so.I   did update delivery time from the catalog item form which was also displaying on order guide. It was done successfully but only for 4 items. One was still showing default value. It was not getting updated in order guide what I updated in catalog form. I did not go to workflow in my prod environment. All 5 items are using same workflow.
