Delivery time in Maintain items not getting updated

Hi,

When I am trying to update delivery time in Service catalog item example from Days 2 to Days 3 and click update/Save.

I don's see same in order guide. It is still showing days 2.

Please help to correct this.

As I said, Delivery time is getting picked from the workflow properties. Just make sure you modify the Delivery time over the properties. Once you do that this will reflect on the order page too. Please find the screenshot attached for reference.

If the catalog item has workflow attached then it will pick the time form the workflow. So you mean that you were able to override the delivery time for the catalog item even though the workflow was attached?


Yes....and strange part is workflow has scheduled time as 0   00:00:00.


Can you try to modify the workflow properties and let check once.


what i need to modify.


do u want me to modify time again or something else
