Demand management not appearing in my Developer instance

Would like to practice on Demand Management in Service now. Requested new developer instance(Istanbul) but i dont see the Demand management in it..

You likely need to activate the Project Management plugin(s): Activate Project Portfolio Suite with Financials.   I don't think they're activated by default in new developer instances.

As the message states you need to activate the plugin Project Porfolio Suite with Financials Plugin.
