I need some help with the Dependency Views Map.
Is there any way to override the icon template?
Let's say I want to show some field value instead of CI type (class name) as label. Is it possible?
Thanks a lot.

Users with the admin or ecmdb_admin role can access the records in this table [ngbsm_icon] to upload new icons.
The icons used in Dependency Views maps are listed in the Map Icons module. Records in the Map Icons list are arranged by CI classes, such as cmdb_ci_linux_server. The path to the default image files is https://<instance name>.service-now.com/images/app.ngbsm/<image name.png>.
Procedure
- Navigate to Dependency Views > Map Icons.
- Click New to create a new map icon, or click the name of an existing icon from the Name column to modify an existing icon.
- Fill in the fields on the form, as appropriate.
See the Map Icons form table.
- Click Submit to enter a new icon. Click Update to modify an existing icon.

Well, that is nice. But my main question is, can I change the text of the displayed item?
That is, I want some custom text (value from the table actually) to be displayed instead of "Business Service" title (see picture above).
In other words, I want all items to be displayed with two custom values (taken from the table) as title and name.
I can change the name of the item by applying a Business Rule or change the name itself, but what to do with the Class Name as the title?
Many thanks for your help.

Are there any new thoughts on this topic?
Any chance to implement this (display custom item title, etc) ?
Thanks.
