This is really /&§%$/"§ (not allowed to use the work I would liketo) .

Mine is now down for 3 days and I need to verify something urgendly with exising instance (no backup) .. ;-(

Anyhow - hoe to backup everything you did easily on a daily basis? Any good practise?

Not efficient if everybody would have to do this - is it?

Dont understand why SN is not investing in support here ... as we all make the SN success happening ...

Thank you.

IT could be so easy ... why no "button" to just do it ... . Drive a Tesla and you know what I mean. things could be so much more inutitive than always so tricky.

If usefull to backup and restore as SN does not like to support PDIs ... why they do not offer simple solution? Ok not to be discussed here .. I am just pissed.

Thank you anyhow!

Hi @Zod

I 100% agree, there must be some easy and quick way.

Hi there,

You probably already know that there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, hundreds of similar posts have been made. Though posting your question here... will have zero effect.

I have already mentioned it to the Community team to make this somehow more visible, so posting questions like these can be prevented since no one can help anyway.

Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI

Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.

Kind regards,
