Developer site not opening in Chrome

Sorry to spam everyone - but I can't get into the Developer site using Chrome today.  Does anyone know how to report this to ServiceNow?  I have cleared cached, rebooted and as a last resort, tried Edge - which is how I got in.  The link I'm using is https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

I did find this link for reporting issues - Reporting Site Issues | ServiceNow Developer, but the first step of logging into Buildtools1 doesn't work since it appears to require an AD account.

Thanks!

Thank you everyone for trying to help - but my question wasn't referring to my PDI, it was accessing the Developer site.  Before posting, I had already deleted browsing history, rebooting, and tried incognito mode several times before getting in on Edge and posting.

I did miss one thing, and it did solve the problem - the bookmark got corrupted.  As soon as I deleted my bookmark and entered https://developer.servicenow.com in the browser address bar, (after clearing cache and rebooting one more time) it came up.  I saved the bookmark again, it's working now.

Again, I do appreciate everyone trying to help and thanks for responding!

Hi @gjz ,

First thing it is working fine in chrome for me and secodn thing is servicenow does not provide any support on PDI so even if you will report, they will not provide any support for your PDI. Better check chrome version is latest or not and clear cache and try it again and also check in incognito mode.

Please appreciate my efforts, help and support extended to you by clicking on – “Accept as Solution”; button under my answer. It will motivate me to help others as well.

Hi @gjz

It's working fine on my end, so it might have been a temporary issue. Please try clearing your browser cache and check again.

Hi @gjz,

it's not a browser related... You need to request access via HI Portal:

Requesting Instances

Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) cannot be used to update content for Early Availability. If you need an instance to test or create content for a build or release that is not available in a PDI, you will need to get an internal instance. You can get an employee instance through HI or a temporary development Thunderdome instance through Buildtools1.

Let me know if that answered your question
