Can't find videos in the learning plans material. 

In module: New the serviceNow, at second page they say this: 

NOTE: This learning module includes videos on some of the concept pages. The optional videos contain the same content as the articles. You may choose to read the article, watch the video, or both.

How to watch videos??

If there is no video available in the NowLearning content even though that there should be according to the learning content, you should create a case through NowLearning to get the proper support.
