I noticed when I logged into my Developers portal that my instance is showing the following messages:
The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes. Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.
Anyone else getting these errors?
Instance: dev2297271

Hi @Royal Sirrine
Yes, last week my instance went into unplanned maintenance. After a couple of hours, I was able to access it again. I hope your instance will be available soon as well.
Regards,
Siva

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @Royal Sirrine
Yes, this does happen from time to time. Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) can occasionally go into maintenance or become unresponsive without any prior notice. Unfortunately, there’s no official support available for PDIs.
You can wait 2–3 days, as the instance may come back online automatically. However, if it remains offline after that period, the best option is to release the current instance and request a new one through the ServiceNow developer portal.
Hope this helps!
