What's your question? You are posting this as question on the developer forum. This is just creating content from NowLearning/Docs, which is fine if it tells anything new, but I fail to see the use of posting it as question on the community. Even if someone is searching for 'how to create learning posts', this won't help.

According to this documentation, the learning and listening posts are being deprecated starting in the Zurich release.
