Disable proceed to checkout button in cart dropdown only!

Hello! 

I'm currently involved in a project where I need to deactivate the "Proceed to Checkout" button specifically within the dropdown menu of the cart button in the ServicePortal header.

I want to remove only this button here. Do you know how?

Did not solve my problem... I have made a custom Angular ng-template for shopping cart widget, and there is nothing about this dropdown there. But thank you for showing me this link!
