Disabling 'Chat' option inside request record page in Now Mobile

Hi,

I'm currently unable to disable the 'Chat' option for the request record under 'My Requests' in Now Mobile App.

Please find the image attached.

Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it?

Hi Atul,

I want to disable the 'Chat' option inside the record page view. Please see the image attached. Disabling the 'Chat' under applet launcher is not showing required results.

you need to identify the component using Mobile Studio and then disable
