Disabling the X button on Workspace TABS OR Alerting the Users when its clicked

Hi All,

Is there anyway we can either disable the X button on workspace TABS  OR shwoing a message to the user before it closes the tab?

What is the use case here?

Each record opens in a new tab and has to be closed, so disabling the X is out of question.

The agents are being able to close out interactions without filling mandatory fields on the form ans this is causing loss of data

That will happen on normal ui as well. This is as good as closing the browser tab.

If the mandatory fields are missing they are not saving the form, this would get highlighted when they save the form.

no way to remove that as per my understanding.

Why you wish to remove that?

It gives agent ability to close the records by clicking it.
