Discovery for servers with multiple NIC's

Hi,

 

1) Can anyone please let me know how we can implement the discovery of a server with multiple NICs? Which IP will discovery pickup in this case?
2) How do you discover a device(servers specifically) whose IP address will get assigned by the DHCP pool randomly? i.e. IP for a server is not static. It keeps changing from time to time.
