Hi
As per the business requirements, we have added some default values to the fields using client script on the change request form that would be shown only while creating the change request (Excluding standard changes).
Due to this, when we are trying to copy the change request using copy change UI action, the short description field is updated with the default value instead of copying the information from the old change request.
Can anyone help me how we can fix the issue and show the data in the short description field that has copied from the old change request when Copy Change UI action is used.
