Display CSAT score in ITSM Agent

Hi! Is it possible to display CSAT score in ITSM Agent but its only visible to the agent, but NOT user.
Example:
1. User raised webchat
2. User will get to choose if the issue is related to his/her recent tickets
3. Once selected, the agent get to see which ticket that user select, and agent can also see if there is CSAT score submitted for that ticket (closed ticket).
The CSAT score is already stored in ESM, so im finding a way on how to display it when user contacting the agent.
