Display different CMDB types on different forms?

Hello, we have the reference field cmbd_ci on multiple forms : problem, incident and change. 

On the Change form, we need to filter out ci_type when ci_type = "generic" but those records need to show up on the incident and problem form . 

Does anyone know how i can do this? Since cmdb_ci is a global field but I need to filter this at a table level?

Not sure, but try with dictionary override, and give a try in PDI and share feedback.
