Display only the incidents and RITMS pertaining to this Service Catalog

Hi,

Currently in my Task level, I have variables, and in those variables, I have to see only the Incidents, Change Requests, and RITM's pertaining to the Service Catalog, Currently, all the available Incidents, Change Requests, and RITM's are shown. Kindly help.

What is the relationship between the service catalog and the Incident, Request and Change table? is there any field that define the relationship?

For the RITM list variable, you can have a Reference qualifier like this:

noting that sc_catalogs is itself a list field, so this will only work if the same catalog(s) are selected for the RITM and the current Catalog Item.  On Incident and Change list collector variables, update the Reference qualifier with whatever field you are using to relate these task records to a Catalog Item which has a Catalog.
