Display portal announcements in english and deutsch languages

Hi Everyone,

How can we display the announcements in two languages ? If the user selects Deutsch, then announcement should be in that language. Let me know if anybody ever worked on this requirement ?

What i think, you need an I18N plugin and then add the translation in sys_ui_messgae or other translation tables.
