Hi guys. I have created a new survey to be completed by the customer when a ticket is resolved. I want to send the customer an email with a link to the survey. The system currently does this, however, the link in the email directs the users to a 'normal' page. We have the older CMS Employee Self Service plug-in enabled with a portal for the customers. I want the link to direct them to an embedded page on the ess portal.
This is the link the survey currently generates in the email: https://ourinstance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=assessment_take2.do%3Fsysparm_assessable_type=2e68...
I'm assuming I need to do several things:
Create a page on the portal for the survey to load into.
Create a Content type for the survey.
Create a Notification Email Script to embed in the notification to load the page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Chan but this is for the Service Portal, not the Employee Self Service (CMS) portal.
