Do we need to create these type of change tasks manually in change request or will create them automatically while we follow change request life cycle process

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

There will be OOB workflows created in change_request table when change created change task is created depends on conditions or can create your won workflow for creation change tasks.

Once the Change Request is approved, the next step is to plan the tasks required to implement the change. This is often done by a change manager or someone responsible for overseeing the change process.

Ok thank you for your help, One more tab in change request related list is "Assessment instances" 

Do i need to work upon this tab while we follow change request life cycle process manually or else will be automatically created

@Srinivasu2 It is totally upto your existing process, however such tasks are usually automated and they generate based on the different activities/steps configured corresponding to different stages in associated flow/workflow of the change request.

Thats really depends on the workflow that you have created. The task can either be created manually or automatically.
