The Trigger ID field which is Document ID type filed not showing up data only in list view in asmt_metric_result table? What could be the reason behind this?

I have checked Business Rules and Client Script but no luck.

Hello @The Matrix

The Trigger ID field in the asmt_metric_result table is not showing data in the list view because of one or more of the following reasons:
List Layout Issue – The list view may not be configured to show the display value of the Document ID field. Check Right-click list header → Configure → List Layout and make sure the column is added and display value is selected.
Missing Reference Record – Document ID fields store sys_id references. If the referenced record does not exist, the field will appear blank.
ACL / Security Restriction – If the user does not have read access to the referenced table, the field will appear empty in the list view.
Scripts only run on form – Some Business Rules or Client Scripts may populate the field only on the form, not in the list view.

Steps to Fix:

  • Verify the dictionary entry for Trigger ID (type: Document ID, reference correct table).

  • Check if the referenced record exists.

  • Configure the list layout to show the display value.

  • Check ACLs for the referenced table.
