Does AI support structured queries like filtering by date and field values?

I am exploring AI search capability in ServiceNow and having a use case:

If a user types a query like "list all tickets created by customer in 2025", Will it returns record based on structured conditions such as 

  • Created date = 2025
  • "customer requested" field is true

I am looking to understand the limitation and best practices when using natural language query for field based queries.
