I am exploring AI search capability in ServiceNow and having a use case:
If a user types a query like "list all tickets created by customer in 2025", Will it returns record based on structured conditions such as
- Created date = 2025
- "customer requested" field is true
I am looking to understand the limitation and best practices when using natural language query for field based queries.
