Does anyone have examples of some standard knowledge article guidelines intended for use within ServiceNow? Wanting to have a standard font size, style, standard for when to use bullets ect. Would love to have some examples to help decide, rather than just choosing preference.

Here is some links I found on the topic. When I worked with ITSM, I preferred middle of the road articles. There were articles that existed that covered every possible issue and articles that barely explained anything. But that's just preference. The easier to find, the clearer it is, I think, is the best road for them.
