Dear Group Members,
On the knowledge article form we have some fields, if we can select one field remaining filed will be auto populated. for example if we select Knowledge Owner group then knowledge owner will be auto populated.
That functionality working as expected for me as a admin but some users facing issue they can not see the Knowledge Owner after selecting the Knowledge Owner group.
Can any one help me which functionality restricted for other user to see that field.
Regards,
Naga

Hi Naga,
Go through the list of knowledge roles and check if the concerned user has proper role :

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,

Hi,
Could you check if the users have the access for the knowledge.
As user is not able to see the person then check on the dictionary entry of the field where the owner is auto-populated(knowledge owner).
Check on the assignment group (Knowledge Owner group) contains some specific roles. If so the users do have that role to see the users of that group.
Mark this as Helpful/Correct, if Applicable.
