Does creating and using Surveys need CSM licensing?

I'd like to implement Surveys for a custom application that inherits from the incident table on an instance. The surveys are meant to be sent to public users who don't have access to login to the platform. Would creating and implementing such a survey system like this require any additional licensing like CSM or any other module?
We already have ITSM licenses for certain incident management members.

Hi @Navaneeth1 ,

Not at all you no need to worry about licensing.

you can design your own survey and questions with all kind of custom design you want.

However, you can still check with your ServiceNow account executive on the licensing agreed with your company.

Hey @Community Alums ,

Thank you so much for the feedback! Will the users need CSM licensing to see the survey responses?
