Does Refreshing your PDI instance reset your data?

Does Refreshing the instance reset the data on the PDI?

I have only seen guide/information around Reset and Release actions.

Hi @skhodke ,

 

No refreshing instance doesn't reset your instance data

Reset and wipe instance does

 

Is your PDI is not waking up or something?

If it's already been 2 3 days and if you can wait for few more days wait else release your instance and request for a new one

Looks like recently Servicenow has claimed/shutdown a lot of PDIs
