for one of my hr case I set Suspend Reason values to "company". I need to write some BR based on the suspend reason condition. so I have to know whether the values is stored at somewhere or not. if suspended reason is user in the hr case. and the user updated the same case, the state need to be updated to completed. How i can achieve it. thanks,
