Hello everyone. I have a catalog item, and after the user submits the form, a PDF file will be created and attached to the RITM. Is there any way I can provide this user with a link to download this created attachment after they submit the form? I am able to create a download link with the Business Rule (/sys_attachment.do?sys_id=somesysId), but I am uncertain about how to share this link with the user. Additionally, I am concerned that this may not work for every end user due to ACLs. Do you have any ideas, please?
