Hello,
We have due_date field on HR cases. I see its created at task level and there is write acl which gives access to ITIL, catalog, task_editor roles only.
Our HR agents are unable to edit this field (with HR core basic role) on HR cases.
How can we address this issue? HR is a separate scope than task. If i modify the above ACL to include HR core basic role, will it work? There might be some cross scope conflicts.
Please advise the best solution here.

Hi @dvelloriy ,
So you meant to say the due_date is coming from task table and HR case table is extending task table.
You can create a new write ACL on HR case table for the due_date field in your HR scope itself, allowing persons with HR core basic role (putting HR core basic role under 'requires role'). Hope this will resolve your problem.
