Dynamic Content Block

Hi

 

When using dynamic content on dashboards, I would like to understand can we colour the background of the content block using Condition/Dynamic content?

Requirement: To colour code the content block to Red if the Metric rating for a particular Metric is Red, Green if Metric Rating is Green & Amber if Metric Rating is Amber.
