Dynamic filter for every year in configuration workspace

i have create list for 2 roles(manager and  employee) users in the workspace .

if manager role user open the workspace-->Work order task--> my imoportant list

1, this user able to access only  records having the start date after septmber-01 every year.

2.and filter applied on year year

.(EX:- if current year is 2023 then user able to see record created after septmber 1st to august 31st 2024.

            if current year is 2024 then user able to see record created after septmber 1st2024 to august 31st 2025.
