I am trying to create an experience on intake forms (incident/request) on Employee Center portal, where the KB article shows up in a widget dynamically on the intake form based of the details filled by the user on the form.
In your solution, will the KB article dynamically pull based on the keyword entered in the description field or will we need to add specific KB article for each catalog/record producer?
